Biography

Ino Terzi in an Assistant Project Officer working on the Countering Proliferation Financing (CPF) portfolio of the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies. Since 2022, she assists with the implementation of technical assistance workshops organised by CPF across the world.

Prior to joining RUSI, Ino worked for the Delegation of the EU in Washington D.C. and held research positions at think tanks focusing on International Security and the EU. Ino has published articles on transatlantic security and defence cooperation, EU Common Security and Defence Policy and Common Foreign and Security Policy. She has conducted research on national identity construction through national narratives.

CPF Technical Assistance Programme

This project applies research in training key stakeholders to disrupt the illicit financial activities of proliferators such as North Korea and Iran.

Proliferation Financing Risk Assessment

This project assists governments and private sector actors in conducting a proliferation financing risk assessment.
