Holly Spice

Holly Spice is Head of Web Development and Marketing at RUSI. She is responsible for RUSI website platform portfolio and CRM development, monitoring and reporting on site performance, conducting user research, designing site information architecture, and developing governance processes for content management. She also oversees RUSI's digital marketing strategy, brand management and creation of marketing collateral. Holly joined RUSI in June 2020. She was also Acting Director of Communications and Marketing for an interim period from 2 Dec 2021 - 2 May 2022.

Holly has worked as a digital product manager for many years, leading on the development of websites and apps for professional bodies, research institutions and educational publishers. She holds professional postgraduate qualifications in UX Design, Knowledge Management, and Marketing. Holly also has a BA in History and a Master’s in Ancient World Studies from the University of Manchester.
