Cyber Security and Resilience
RUSI’s research explores ways to mitigate the risks from cyber attacks and build cyber-resilient societies.
Raising cyber security and resilience standards across societies is an enduring challenge. We explore some of the cyber risk management methods that increase resilience by limiting the likelihood and impact of a cyber attack.
RUSI’s research identifies cyber risks to critical national infrastructure, such as the telecommunications and energy sectors. We explore ways to understand the threat, isolate network vulnerabilities, secure supply chains, increase vendor diversity and improve responses to incidents. Our work highlights the cyber security measures needed to build a prosperous, interconnected and green society, and we use plain language to communicate the subject to non-technical audiences.
