William Dixon

Biography
William Dixon has a decade’s experience as an operational and strategic lead for a range of national security and cybersecurity programmes in the UK Government. This includes significant experience working on a number of major and high-profile international cybercrime investigations.
His major roles since leaving Government service include being a Director at the World Economic Forum, as well as previously being the Global Head of Intelligence at Barclays Bank.
He is the author and contributor to a number of publications and has a master’s degree from King’s College London's War Studies Department in Intelligence and International Security. He is currently a Global Head at ISTARI, the cybersecurity and advisory platform of the Singaporean Sovereign Wealth Fund, Temasek.
