Training at a Dubai Summit Expands RUSI-led Anti-Financial Crime Work to the MENA Region
From 17 to 18 May 2023, the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies (CFCS) at RUSI delivered a training curriculum to the Countering the Financing of Proliferation Summit, organised and funded by our partners from the Executive Office for Control and Non-Proliferation (EOCN).
The conference introduced RUSI material to some 4,000 participants, including public officials and private sector representatives from the United Arab Emirates and a number of other MENA jurisdictions, as well as members of the MENAFATF secretariat. Subsequently, RUSI received expressions of interest for follow-up anti-financial crime work from other countries.
