Companies in India and China have become intermediaries allowing the Kremlin to buy western-manufactured electronic chips and switchboards, an analysis by the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) has found.
The report, Operation Z: The Death Throes of an Imperial Delusion, analysed Russian failures during the initial phase of the war. It concludes that logistical supply issues, limited intelligence and poor use of artillery fire were among the reasons why President Putin was forced to abandon his assault on Kyiv.
