Professor Justin Bronk, an airpower and military technology specialist at the Royal United Services Institute, said that with cruise missiles and timely intelligence, Ukraine could target airfields in Russia and force Moscow to divert its aircraft further from the frontline. This could reduce the number of sorties the Russians could conduct because their aircraft would have to travel further to hit their targets.
