Ukrainian military tactics
I was in Kiev when this kind of transition started, from what used to be quite targeted strikes against critical infrastructure, power infrastructure, to much more widespread strikes. The logic of it is still not clear, partly because there has been so many intercepts, so we don’t have good data on exactly what they are going after. But it is notable that the number of UAV’s they are using significantly exceeds what the Iranians were providing. So, it looks like the Russians are now making their own shahed-136 drones in some numbers.
