Ukraine counteroffensive
There is a huge amount riding on this counteroffensive, and I think the Russians know that. I think it is very complicated, the broader question on the utility of Russian statements and what they are being used for. On a practical level, we can tell a lot from satellite imagery or open sources about which troops are going where, but we can’t get a real sense of military mindset. We don’t have a lot of foreign correspondents from the West based on the Russian side, like we do on the Ukrainian side, so the picture is very skewed."
