Russian weapons and equipment being used in Ukraine depend on microelectronics produced in the West, and in places such as Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, according to a new report. RUSI, a London-based defense and security think tank, wrote that preventing such technology from entering Russia could permanently degrade its military capability.
