In Kyiv we see all those Russian vehicles moving south, and the result is that there’s a long logistics tail, there’s a lot of vehicles on the road. And the Russian’s are struggling to shake out, sustain their own troops, and organise themselves. Whereas in Kharkiv, because it is so close to the Russian border, I think what they are doing is essentially demonstrating to Ukranians what they intend to do elsewhere to try and break the will of the resistance, as it where, by showing what’s coming...."
