In this event, James Byrne, Director of Open Source Intelligence and Analysis (OSIA) at RUSI, and Will Marshall, Co-founder and CEO of Planet, discussed the role of imagery and geospatial information and how it has enabled a deeper level of understanding for analysts and decision-makers.
With the advent of space-based surveillance and digitalisation, surveillance and intelligence gathering are rapidly evolving. The combination of imagery and geospatial information is making the once impossible a reality. This event, hosted at TechUK together with Esri UK and Planet, explored the future of GEOINT and asked what today’s levels of global transparency mean for analysts and decision-makers.
