Ryan Shea is Managing Director at PUBLIC UK, where he leads the Transformation advisory and Ventures function, advising governments and private sector organisations with public sector footprints on how to utilise technology to achieve their goals. Prior to joining PUBLIC, he spent 5 years in the Strategy and Operations practice of Deloitte, with a specific focus on Tech Strategy in public sector and financial services.
