Steve Osborne

Steve Osborne is a Research Associate and Maritime Team Lead at the Centre for Science and Security Studies (CSSS), King’s College London. Following many years in the UK civil service, where he worked in counter-proliferation and export control, Steve now leads the CSSS’s projects on maritime sanctions, aimed at strengthening implementation and enforcement.
