Jérôme Barbier

Jérôme Barbier is the Head of Outer Space, Digital and Economic Affairs at the Paris Peace Forum and a policy expert in tech governance and diplomacy. He manages both the secretariat of the Net Zero Space initiative to protect Earth’s orbital environment, and of the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace, the largest multistakeholder coalition on promoting norms and principles to secure a free, stable and open ICT environment.
