Biography
Dr Neil Ashdown is Head of Research for Tyburn St Raphael, where he works on secured-research.com - an initiative focused on research and innovation security. He completed his PhD at Royal Holloway University of London in 2024, where his thesis examined public-private collaboration on cyber intelligence. He is on the steering committee of the UK Offensive Cyber Working Group. From 2014-19, Neil was the deputy editor of Jane’s Intelligence Review.
