Dr Alp Cenk Arslan is an assistant professor specialising in security and intelligence studies at the Turkish National Police Academy. His research revolves around the intersection of techno-politics, intelligence studies, and communication studies. He is the author of Intelligence Analysis: Reproduction of Information. His next book, Theory of the Techno-Political, is currently in print.
