Galgallo Abagaro
Law Enforcement Project Manager
Galgallo Abagaro leads RUSI’s work mainly with Law Enforcement (LE) agencies in Kenya. He led led on the REINVENT programme’s CVE work STRIVE II’s LE’s capacity building and training, funded by DfID and EU respectively.
His current projects generally focus on enhancing knowledge, skills and collaboration within the Kenyan security apparatus in relation to P/CVE and community-police engagements in P/CVE. He has over 12 years of cumulative security related professional experience having worked in the national government, corporate and non-governmental organisations.
Galgallo’s educational background is in Governance, Peace and Conflict, Security, Military Science and he is currently pursuing Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Governance.
