I think as long as Putin is alive, we are not going to be in a situation where we have full peace, but also, I think that all of us need to be planning for how we will interact with Russia if there is some sort of peace process because Putin has already gone beyond the vale, he is a war criminal. I don’t see how any of our leaders can shake is hand going forward.
