War in Ukraine
President Putin has gone so far beyond the pale in terms of committing war crimes, killing civilians, destroying civilian infrastructure, that I think it is too late to provide an off ramp. I think that this is another big question. If the war ended tomorrow, how do all of our countries deal with President Putin who is essentially a war criminal right now. In many respects, if there was some sort of truce there would likely be sanctions on Russia for years to come.
