New UK centre will help fight information war

[The paper] jointly authored with the think tank RUSI, raises questions about whether government is organised to adequately exploit open-source intelligence. It warns of current "fragmentation" of activity within government and says it needs to be elevated to become a "core" intelligence discipline.
