Experts questioned on aviation procurement

The Defence Committee holds the first evidence session in its inquiry into aviation procurement. Topics likely to be explored include the worsening European security environment and the effect that this will have on the UK’s air-power requirements, the impact of the cuts to aviation capabilities announced in last year’s Defence Command Paper and what progress has been made in resolving issues with the Military Flying Training System.
