Ajax light tank programme: ‘Question top brass’ over £5.5bn fiasco

Professor Trevor Taylor, author of the Royal United Services Institute (Rusi) think tank report Lessons from the Ajax Programme, said the inquiry should force those involved from the beginning to give evidence. Such a move could mean top brass, some of whom have already retired, being questioned about decisions made as far back as 2010.
