One of the complicating factors in this situation is that Russia in 2016 started constructing the Crimea bridge which will connect the annexed territory of Crimea to the Russian mainland, and Ukraine has said the height of the bridge is actually quite restrictive for some of its merchant vessels and it says that this has reduced a lot of it's ability to have cargo traffic going through its ports and obviously this is very important for Ukraine because it depends a lot on its grain, iron and steel exports [from 09:01 - 12:56].
