Donald Trump is full of fire and fury but US policy is a chaotic mess

Whatever one thinks about the North Korean regime and its appalling record of abuses, after nearly 70 years of dictatorship and one-party rule, evolutionary change in such a volatile region is far more desirable than war and major disruption. What is needed from the US side is calm, stable and predictable leadership, and not a leader who trusts his gut more than his advisers and intelligence.
