Four years after Ukraine’s Euromaidan Revolution and Russia’s subsequent invasion, Minister of Defence General Stepan Poltorak outlines Kiev’s ambitious defence reforms, which aim to provide the armed forces with the capabilities needed to protect the country and to gain full interoperability with NATO.
