Turkish Foreign Policy; challenges and opportunities

Despite Turkey's main foreign policy issues having wide-ranging implications for the rest of the Euro-Atlantic community, Turkish perspectives remain only rarely the subject of detailed discussion within the UK.

As part of an on-going series of activities relating to Turkey under the European Security Programme, the address of Mr Ali Babacan was therefore a most welcome opportunity to debate some of its current concerns.
