The Transatlantic Programme at the NATO Defence College

On 14 April the head of the Transatlantic Programme, Dr Michael Williams, gave a lecture to students at the NATO Defence College in Rome, Italy on the pressing challenges of current operations and the strategic implications of NATO's ISAF mission.
