SDSR: The Unfinished Business - Conference at RUSI

On 10 January the Minister of State for Armed Forces spoke to a full house about the political and organisational challenges confronting the defence community in the wake of the Strategic Defence and Security Review. He deemed the Review 'the agreed blueprint' for strategic, operational and structural development, and reiterated that, whilst the process will prove tough, its complete and coherent implementation is of paramount importance.
