RUSl at the 4x4 Director's Forum

RUSI Director-General Karin von Hippel discusses security issues common to Africa and Europe at the 4x4 Directors Forum.  

Co-hosted by the Policy Center for the New South in Rabat and the Paris-based Institut français des relations internationales. The meeting brought together four African and four European think tanks to explore common challenges, such as migration, climate change and energy, and the increasing numbers of foreign powers involved in Africa.
