RUSI and Serco publish White Paper

RUSI is pleased to announce the publication of this White Paper, produced by our Emergency Management research department in conjunction with Serco. The authors present 'the case for a capability and consequence-based approach to resilience and emergency planning', adding to the department's already significant research on crisis response.

The paper, entitled 'Combined Effect: A New Approach to Resilience', is the latest development in two projects which have, over the past twelve months, come together to complement and support one another: the ongoing interoperability research stream within RUSI's National Security and Resilience Department and Project SECURE, a cross-Government and cross-Industry initiative led by Serco and the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI).
