Muhammad Nasrullah Mirza joins RUSI
RUSI is pleased to welcome Dr Muhammad Nasrullah Mirza as a visiting fellow with the International Security Studies department focusing on Pakistan. Dr Mirza will focus on the causes of terrorism in Pakistan and their consequences at national and international level, furthering RUSI's work on South Asia.
Dr Mirza is Assistant Professor of Defence and Strategic Studies at the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, specialising in nuclear proliferation, arms control, disarmament and international security. He will publish a book, 'Water, War and India-Pakistan Relations' later this year.Â
He replaces Dr Noshad Khan, who has moved on to become Vice Dean of Islamia College, University of Peshawar where he will continue to focus on peace and stability solutions for Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
