The war in Iraq is being used to motivate potential terrorists to target the UK, particularly its critical national infrastructure. A history of conflicting economic policies from major UK political parties has lead to a fragmented critical national infrastructure. There is a need to create a body that can advise on a single unified strategy to create a new consensus.
