Citizen Corps: Preparing for Emergencies in the US

In emergencies, first responders' operational capacity may be stretched. Additional help from volunteers, and it is important these volunteers are fully trained. The US Citizen Corps programme is producing groups of volunteers who can step in to help in any emergency.
