Alecia brings over five years of experience in bid management, business development, and strategic planning, consistently demonstrating a strong track record in securing complex, multi-million-pound opportunities. Her approach blends analytical insight with creative problem-solving, ensuring that every proposal is aligned with RUSI’s vision and strategic objectives.

Before joining RUSI, Alecia held a Bid Management role at Raytheon Technologies, where she contributed to a range of successful bids across the defence and commercial sectors in the UK and internationally. She holds a Joint Honours degree in Politics and International Business from the University of Liverpool and is deeply passionate about advancing initiatives that foster global stability and drive policy innovation.
