Shashi Bhusan Kr Vishwakarma

Shashi Bhusan Kr Vishwakarma is a doctoral fellow at the Department of Politics and International Studies, Pondicherry University, India. His research interests lie in international relations, geopolitics, international peace and security and nuclear dynamics. He is the recipient of a Junior Research Fellowship from the University Grant Commission, India, and is currently working on the Russian Arctic, geopolitics of the Arctic and environmental concerns associated with the region.
