Bianka Venkataramani

Bianka was previously the Project Officer for the International Security team at RUSI until February 2025. In this role she helped coordinates the team’s research and project activities for funders including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and US Department of Defence. She also worked closely with the Director and Programme Manager on business development, and managed the team’s communications strategy.

Prior to joining RUSI, Bianka worked as an Events Assistant for the University of Lancaster’s External Relations team. She also served as Communications Coordinator for the Richardson Institute for Peace Research and NGO Representative to the UNDPI for the World Youth Organization.

Bianka holds a BA in Peace Studies and International Relations and an MA in Diplomacy and International Law, both from the University of Lancaster.
