Ryan Tully

Ryan Tully is a senior fellow at Hudson Institute focusing on nuclear deterrence, missile defence, space policy, and European security and was a Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for European and Russian Affairs during the Trump administration. He also served as the Strategic Forces lead for House Armed Services Committee and a Professional Staff Member for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
