Demi Starks

Demi Starks was formerly Assistant Editor at RUSI, working across all publications, including the RUSI Journal. She left RUSI in August 2022.

Demi holds an MA in Modern History from King’s College London, where her dissertation focused on civilian resistance in the Second World War, and a BA (Hons) in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, where she researched US nuclear policy and Sino-Soviet relations. She is also fluent in Dutch.
