Huw Roberts is a doctoral researcher at the University of Oxford’s Internet Institute. His research focuses on international AI governance, with a particular focus on the role that China is playing. Huw previously worked for the UK Government where he was involved in developing key AI policy documents, including the country's National AI Strategy. He has also worked on AI policy as a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and the Tony Blair Institute. Huw holds graduate degrees from the University of Oxford and Peking University.
