Andrea Ricci is a Minister Counsellor at the EU Delegation to the UK. His portfolio spans foreign influence, cyber security and crisis management. With a PhD from ULB Brussels, Andrea has experience in risk analysis, conflict prevention, and information systems. He managed the first European Commission crisis room, the EEAS EUSITROOM.
