Shane Praiswater

Lt Col Shane ‘Axl’ Praiswater PhD is a recent graduate of the SECDEF Strategic Thinkers Program at Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies. He is an Air Force bomber pilot and Weapons School graduate.
