Dr Sérgio Praça

Dr Sérgio Praça is a professor and researcher at the CPDOC School of Social Sciences at the Fundação Getulio Vargas.

He is also a researcher at the Center for Politics and Economics of the Public Sector (Cepesp) at FGV-SP. He completed a master's and doctorate in Political Science from USP and a postdoctoral degree from FGV-SP. His academic works have been published by Latin American Politics and Society, Journal of Politics in Latin America, Latin American Research Review, Brazilian Political Science Review, Brazilian Journal of Social Sciences, New Cebrap Studies and Public Opinion, among others. He is a columnist for Exame and Veja websites.
