Martin Plaut

Martin Plaut is Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London. He was BBC World Service Africa news editor until retiring. He is the author with Sarah Vaughan of Understanding Ethiopia's Tigray War, published by Hurst in February 2023.
