Vincent Opyene

Vincent Opyene is CEO and Founder of the Natural Resource Conservation Network (NRCN). Prior to founding NRCN, he was an officer with the Uganda Wildlife Authority and a state prosecutor. Vincent was the winner of the prestigious Tusk Award for Conservation in Africa 2018.
