Joe Morley-Davies

Joe Morley-Davies is the Senior Research Executive at Albany Associates, a UK-based strategic communications company with 20 years of experience in utilising comms to create positive change in fragile and conflict-affected states. He is responsible for leading the company’s research on state threats in the grey zone, violent extremist organisations, geopolitical changes, and developments in the information space. In 2023, he co-authored a report commissioned by the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence on Kremlin Information Operations in Egypt, Mali, Kenya, South Africa and the UAE.
