Ryan D Martinson

Ryan D Martinson is Assistant Professor at the China Maritime Studies Institute, US Naval War College. He holds an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BSc from Union College. Martinson has also studied at Fudan University, the Beijing Language and Culture University and the Hopkins-Nanjing Center. His research primarily focuses on the intersection between marine policy and military strategy.
