Dr Nicola Lester

Dr Nicola Lester is a mental health nurse specialising in working with psychological trauma and traumatic bereavement. Over the past two decades she has supported organisations in the UK and overseas in the Middle East, Afghanistan, West Africa and Ukraine to develop and integrate trauma-informed approaches in response to a range of traumatic events including conflict, terrorism, sexual violence and hostage-taking.
