Professor Stuart Kirby

Stuart Kirby is a Professor in Policing and Criminal Investigation at the UCLan. His first career was as a Lancashire Police Officer, retiring as Detective Chief Superintendent, with responsibility for Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime (amongst other specialist areas).

Since leaving the Police, Stuart has researched and written numerous academic publications in the arena of organized crime and also supervise a number of doctoral students.
