Michelle Houghton

Michelle is the Programme Manager for RUSI’s Centre for Finance and Security and is responsible for maximising the impact of CFS’s research and related activities. This includes delivery of the Centre’s events and podcasts, communications, stakeholder management and overall team operations.

Prior to joining RUSI, Michelle accrued over 20 years of programme management experience, specialising in delivering high-profile events and communications campaigns and building networks across academia, government, and industry. This includes roles at BASIC (British American Security Information Council), the Centre for Geopolitics at the University of Cambridge, and an initiative for the National Cyber Security Security Centre.
